400g pasta (we used orecchiette)

1 vegetable stock pot

1 head broccoli, broken into tiny florets

1/4tsp dried chilli flakes, optional

200g pack light cream cheese with garlic and herbs

 

1 Bring a large pan of water to the boil with the vegetable stock pot. Add the pasta and cook for 5 mins.

2 Add the broccoli and cook for 5 more mins until both pasta and broccoli are tender.

3 Drain, leaving a few tablespoons of vegetable stock in the pan.

4 Add chilli flakes, if using and cream cheese. Warm through and stir until melted. Season to taste.
