It’s nearly been six months since the birth of Cheryl and Liam Payne’s adorable bundle of joy, baby Bear, but the songstress is already back down to her pre-baby weight and looks sensational in a recent Instagram post after following a rigorous training regime.The former Girls Aloud singer has been keeping a low profile since giving birth in March. However, the new mum has been showing off her hard work recently whilst on holiday with boyfriend Liam Payne.
But how did she do it? It’s been revealed that since Bear’s birth, Cheryl has been following a intense workout regime in order to regain her figure.
A source told Closer magazine that her regime involves waking up way before baby Bear to squeeze in a morning workout, then fitting in more exercise when he naps.
“Cheryl wakes up an hour before Bear and does an online workout. She also loves swimming. During the day, she fits in sit-ups and stomach crunches when she can.
“And during Bear’s naps, she’ll do a boxing session, or a yoga and Pilates class with a private teacher. Cheryl’s back to her usual size 6 and feels ready for her comeback now. She still has a few body issues, which is only natural for a new mum.”
Clearly, the hard work is paying off! Cheryl also recently returned to work, shooting a campaign with a brand she’s had a long-time partnership with, L’Oreal.
The revelation of her strict exercise regime comes amid rumours that the Fight For This Love singer is planning a big comeback.
Cheryl hasn’t released new music since her 2015 single Only Human, but it looks as though she’s ready to relaunch her music career now that her health and fitness is back on track.

As well as regular exercise to stay slim, the star has previously said she shuns carbs too in order to look her best. In the past, she’s said, “I don’t eat pasta before a red carpet”.
Perhaps she’s adopting this method of healthy eating now? Whatever she’s doing, she definitely looks fabulous!
