Chicken noodles are the perfect mid-week meal.

JUST 4 INGREDIENTS

10g sachet Miso soup (we used Clearspring)

1 block medium egg noodles

2tbsp frozen peas

2tbsp roasted chicken tikka pieces

 

1 Pour 400ml boiling water into a pan with a 10g sachet of Miso soup.

2 Add the noodles, peas and chicken tikka pieces.

3 Warm through for 5 mins until the noodles and peas are tender.
