Bacon & brie toastie 2Delicious and oozy Brie – with a kick from the chilli jam – makes this poshed-up bacon sarnie simply delicious.

4 slices smoked back bacon

2 pannini rolls, halved

2tbsp chilli jam

2 tomatoes, sliced

75g light Brie, sliced

Small handful of basil leaves

 

1. Heat your grill to medium. Grill the bacon for around 5 mins, turning as needed.

2. Spread the Panini rolls with chilli jam and top with tomato, Brie, basil and bacon.

3. Heat a griddle pan to high. Place the paninis on the griddle for 5 mins each side, until charred and cheese has melted.
