2 x 280g gammon steaks, cut in half

400g packet Sofrito mix (diced onions, carrots, celery)

500g baby new potatoes

110g baby trimmed leeks

1tbsp wholegrain mustard

1 Put the gammon steaks in a large flameproof casserole with Sofrito mix (diced onions, carrots, celery), baby new potatoes , 110g baby trimmed leeks and 1tbsp wholegrain mustard.

2Pour on 1 litre of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for 20 mins until the bacon and vegetables are tender.
