SERVES 3-4- READY in 25mins
* Sharwood’s Balti Wrap Kit
* 1 medium cauliflower
* 300g potatoes
* 1 red onion
* 2tbsp vegetable oil
1 Cut the cauliflower, potatoes and onion into small chunks.
2 In a bowl, sprinkle the spice blend and oil over the veg and mix until coated. Place the veg in a non-stick tray and roast in a pre-heated oven ( 200C, Gas 6) for 20 mins or until cooked.
3 Pierce the bag of wraps, microwave for 1 min ( 800w) or remove from packaging, wrap in foil and cook in a pre-heated oven ( 200C Gas 6) for 10 mins.
4 Add the filling to the centre of a warm wrap and spoon over the indian salsa.
5 Fold and roll the wraps, then eat!
