Frozen stone-baked pizza bases our the shortcut for busy cooks that makes this pizza quicker to make yourself than it is to wait for a takeaway delivery at home!

SERVES 4- PREP 10 MINS – COOK 15 MINS

2 frozen stone baked pizza bases

2 tbsp sun-dried tomato puree

130g pack sliced Mexican Chilli Chicken

10-12 baby plum tomatoes, halved

125g ready-grated mozzarella

1tbsp olive oil

Rocket or watercress

 

 

 

1 Heat the oven to 220°C, Gas 7. Put the pizza bases onto 2 pizza trays. On each pizza base, spread 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato puree.

2 Arrange the sliced chicken and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil.

3 Bake for 12-15 mins until piping hot. Serve with rocket or watercress if you like.
