These fiery fresh flavours are the perfect summer-time make over for your pasta. Switch the prawns to cooked chicken pieces if you prefer.

200g spaghetti

150g frozen soya beans

1tbsp rapeseed oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

10 uncooked tiger prawns

4tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 tbsp light French dressing

 

 

 

 

1 Boil the spaghetti for 7 mins, add the soya beans and cook for 3 more mins until the spaghetti and soya beans are tender.

2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and prawns and fry for a few mins until the prawns turn bright pink.

3 Drain the spaghetti, stir into the prawns, season generously. Add the sweet chilli sauce and French dressing. Stir to combine and serve.
