Zingy, refreshing creamy little desserts – that taste so much better than shop bought.  Use half  0% fat Greek yogurt and half  cream to reduce the calories, if you like.

SERVES 6 – PREP 10 MINS

250g lemon curd

4tbsp limoncello

300ml double cream

juice of 1 lemon

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 Mix together 100g lemon curd with 11/2tbsp Limoncello, spoon into the base of 6 small glasses.

2 Whip the cream until softly peaking.

3 Add the remaining lemon curd, Limoncello and lemon juice, whisk briefly, to combine.

4 Spoon the creamy mixture on top of the lemon curd, chill for 1 hour.
