If you didn’t already know, Meghan is a high-profile TV actress largely due to her role in the series Suits. She has been dating William’s younger brother for over a year, after reportedly first meeting in Toronto last year. If she does marry Prince Harry, Meghan will be thrust into a new level of stardom. Possibly becoming one of the most famous women in the world.

On-screen and off, Meghan’s image is a topic met with much praise and admiration. She has a chic style, which carries her through from casual to smart occasions and a slim, size-ten figure. For many brides to be getting into shape ahead of the wedding is a big priority. In Meghan’s case we expect the actress will be looking to maintain her already killer figure.

The Meghan Markle Wedding Diet: Is this how she’ll stay in shape?

Meghan Markle’s diet

When it comes to food the actress admits to being a bit of a foodie. She revealed that when she is filming she tries to be extra careful and this is likely to be the same when she prepares for her wedding.

“When I’m filming, I’m conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends”, she admitted.

Meghan also said she avoids foods that make her feel “sluggish” and mostly eats fish with vegetables. Is this a hint of what could be on the wedding menu…

We hope there will be a good helping of cake and a tipple or two squeezed in too!

Meghan Markle’s fitness

Meghan has been very open about her love of the great-outdoors and a particular passion is yoga. In an interview with Best health, Meghan said: “Yoga is my thing, and I work out with a trainer in Yorkville as well. My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven. I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.'”

The actress also spoke about her love of running though with her filming schedule she admitted she cannot go as often as she would like.

Meghan said: “I used to run all the time, but I typically get picked up for work at 4:15 in the morning on a Monday, so there isn’t much time for jogging and I would rather have that extra hour of sleep.”

Meghan likes to alternate her workouts by doing hot yoga a couple of times a week and when she doesn’t have time for a full-on work out she will grab her dog for a run. She said: “Being active is my own moving meditation.”
