Sun-drenched holidays hit your skin hard. Yes we wouldn’t be without them, but when you factor in the sun damage, the pool chlorine, sea salt and hiked up temperatures, you can be pretty certain you’re going to step off the plane with skin that’s more than a little bit in need of some TLC.

It doesn’t stop at dry skin and a bit of redness from the sun, just FYI. Recycled plane air, sweat and sun cream all clog up pores and bring a few breakouts closer to hand, help! Dried out skin can also suffer from a collagen breakdown below the surface too, that means a few more fine lines and deep wrinkles, then there’s the age spots. The sun causes pigment cells in your skin to multiply and cluster together, did someone call for a lightening serum?! And there’s more. UV rays can cause tiny little blood vessels to rise to the surface of your skin and sometimes burst, giving you a neat little cluster of tiny red veins on display.
