Celebrate  with these delicious white chocolate strawberries. Easy and fun to make, they are the perfect hassle-free dessert.

SERVES 4  – PREP 5 MINS – COOK 5 MINS

 

200g white chocolate, broken into squares

50g unsalted butter

150ml  double cream

500g strawberries

Wooden skewers

 

 

 

 

 

Put the white chocolate, butter, cream and vanilla into a small pan or bowl, set over a pan of simmering water.

2 Heat until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally, for about 5 mins.

3 Thread the strawberries on to wooden skewers and dip in the chocolate fondue, to serve.
