For extra flavour, slash the chicken drumsticks and sprinkle over some chicken seasoning and crushed garlic too.
3tbsp intense sun-dried tomato paste (we like Sacla)
4 sprigs rosemary leaves, chopped
1tbsp balsamic vinegar.
8 free-range chicken drumsticks
1 Mix sun-dried tomato paste with the rosemary leaves and balsamic vinegar.
2 Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly.
3 Barbecue for 20 mins or until cooked through, turning to get an even charred flavour.
Tip: If it’s raining roast for 30 mins at 200C, Gas 6!
