Check out your local deli counter for a range of  ready-made goodies. Give it the domestic goddess touch with these home-made bread sticks.

SERVES 4 – PREP 5 MINS – COOK 10 MINS

1 ciabbatta loaf

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2tbsp olive oil

2x80g packs Parma ham

2 x 80g packs Italian salami

240g pack sunblush tomatoes

200g stuffed marinated olives with manchengo and chilli

125g peppadews (sweet peppers) stuffed with ricotta

160g marinated anchovy fillets

 

 

1 Heat the oven to 200C, Gas 6. Cut the bread into lengthways slices, then cut each sliced into 4 or 5 to make long thin bread sticks. Put into a roasting tin, sprinkled with garlic and 1tsp sea salt. Drizzle over the olive oil and bake for 10 mins until golden.

2 Arrange the meats on a large platter and put the antipasti into small bowls. Serve with the garlic bread sticks.
